Calculator covers both quick sums and the longer expressions you reach for less often.
Two modes
Section titled “Two modes”A toggle switches between Basic and Advanced. Basic is the digits, the four operations, percent, sign change, and a decimal point. Advanced adds the scientific functions: sine, cosine, and tangent, base-ten logarithm, square root, powers, factorial, parentheses for grouping, the constant pi, and a switch between degrees and radians.
A line above the result keeps the running expression in view, and division by zero and other invalid input show as an error rather than a wrong answer.
Typing
Section titled “Typing”You can drive it entirely from the keyboard: the digits and operators, Enter or
= to evaluate, Backspace to delete, and Escape or Delete to clear.
Calculator is also available as a widget, so you can keep one on hand without opening the full app.
